For those of you who are looking for a private holiday villa we offer you a brand new house in the Village of Saumane. In this residential park you will find a beautiful villa with a private swimming pool and a large garden.

Residence 'les Demeures du Luc'
Outside the 'Domaine les Granges du Bosquet', we can also offer you our luxerious independant villa for rent. This villa, called 'les Alpilles', is situated in the parc 'Les Demeures du Luc'. It is a magnificant parc with other individual villas. The parc is located at 2 mins. from Saumane-de-Vaucluse, likewise to Fontaine de Vaucluse. You will reach the village of L'Isle sur la Sorgue in 5 minutes. In the parc there is always a parc-keeper present (Dutch) for if you need any assistance. A WIFI connexion hot spot is also available in the parc, along with two tenniscourts.

Outside the villa
The garden looks out to the mountains of 'Monts de Vaucluse'. It is ideal to go for a walk or even a longer hike. The terrain is approximately 2.500m2, and has a beautifully landscpaed garden. You have a private swimming pool with beautiful terrace at your disposition (10x5 mtr. with hard top electrical cover). Also, there are other terraces (covered) around the house and a large veranda with a splendid view of the valley of the Sorgues and the mountians 'les Alpilles'. The sunsets are breathtaking. The verande has lounge seating-corner and large dining area. For families with (small) children there are climbracks/swings in the backyard and a playhouse in the frontyard. The parc itself also have a swimming pool with special area for small children.

Inside the villa
Inside you will find a large salon with a fireplace, a dining room and large open kitchen, equiped with oven, micro-wave, induction cooking, dish-wahser and American fridge with ice-cube machine. In the sleeping area, you will find 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The parental bedroom has a bathroom en suite en direct acces to the terrace.
